Part 1 is intended for all new SystmOne users.

The session is delivered as a guided series of practical exercises using a training database that mirrors the live system, and will provide an overview of SystmOne for social care, suitable for all users.

This course will provide a three year qualification in Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) for staff who are either coming to the end of their existing EFAW qualification or for staff who do not have a EFAW qualification and require it for their job role.

Safer Care Target Group:


All newly approved carers, as soon after approval as possible. All other carers who need an update on policy, practice and research.

This course will look at why it is important to think about Safe Care in relation to foster carers, their families and wider networks, ensuring children and young people in care are safe in a family environment.

This workshop is for all foster carers who have not completed their TSDS and would like some guidance and support. Everyone is welcome and we will endeavour to support you in every way we can to ensure you are able to completed the standards in time for your next panel.
